Refund and Return Eligibility

Authorization to Return:

Write the return package’s RA number clearly on the outside.
Sending Out Your Refund:
Pack the item(s) safely inside the original packing.
Enclosed in the package should be a copy of the proof of purchase and the explanation for the return.
Unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Approval of Refund: We will handle your refund in 7–10 business days if your return is accepted.
Method of Refund: The original payment method used at the time of purchase will be credited with refunds. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund to your account may require more time from your bank or credit card company.

Shipping the New Item: We will ship you the replacement item as soon as we receive and examine the original item. Our staff will let you know about any price differences and make the required modifications.
